AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through options on the sales floor and participate in community events, online orders, and outbound calls. A flexible 9am-9pm schedule, including weekends, is typical with advance planning.

• Training and coaching provided if no prior sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options on the sales floor using a consultative approach.
• Be part of the community through events, fill online orders and make outbound calls.
• Maintain a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; two-week advance schedule.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving technology and processes.
• Support customers with product choices and meet sales goals with coaching.
