Job summary

AT&T Texarkana is looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers through a consultative sales approach and help them choose devices and plans. You’ll be on the sales floor, greeting customers and driving revenue with personalized service.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with ongoing training and uncapped commission opportunities plus benefits such as medical, 401(k) and PTO. Prior retail experience is a plus and coaching is available.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Willing to learn tools; training and coaching provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; seniority-based schedules two weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving technology to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a positive, helpful demeanor and meet sales goals when possible.
