AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Magnolia, TX to guide customers through options with a consultative approach and help them find the right solutions. You'll join a dynamic team and participate in events, online orders, and outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

The role includes a 9am–9pm schedule (including weekends) with a 40-hour week and uncapped commission opportunities, reflecting performance. Training and coaching are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• You’ll be provided with tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 40 hours per week.
