Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with two weeks’ advance seniority-based planning.
• Adapt in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible and open to change to meet customer needs.
• Tools, training and coaching provided if you have no prior sales experience to help you meet goals.
