Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• No sales experience? Training provided to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance schedules based on seniority.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving technology to meet customer needs.
• Support customers in achieving sales goals with tools and coaching provided.
