AT&T in Cedar Park, TX is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant. You will use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their wireless options and services on the sales floor, helping people find solutions that fit their needs.

You’ll participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The schedule runs 9am–9pm with weekend shifts; training is provided to help you meet and exceed goals, with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• Strong communication and listening skills required for understanding customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options on the sales floor using a consultative approach.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance scheduling.
• Support meeting and exceeding sales goals with uncapped commissions.
