Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Universal Banker or Teller experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to identify financial priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions.
• Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, guiding options and opening accounts.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with client goals and bank products.
• Recognize opportunities for referrals to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking partners.
• Conduct regular client outreach to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Coach associates on sales, referrals, and product knowledge as needed.
• Support teller line to minimize wait times and process transactions as needed.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Attend meetings and training to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
