Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller.
• Background/credit check required.
• Compliance with S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative discussions to understand financial priorities and recommend banking solutions.
• Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, guiding loan options and opening deposit accounts.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals and products.
• Make referrals to bank partners including mortgage, wealth, and business banking.
• Coach associates on sales, referrals, products and services to uphold a high-performing culture.
• Support teller line to minimize customer wait times and process transactions when needed.
• Attend training and meetings to improve product knowledge and customer service.
