Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) is seeking ambitious sales professionals with 1–3 years of experience who want to advance into a consultative, relationship-driven career. As an Associate Consultant, you'll build relationships with engineering professionals, understand client hiring needs, and match top talent with critical infrastructure projects across North America.

You'll start by owning the candidate side, then grow into business development, client management, and full 360 consulting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, recruiting, or a client-facing role.
• Agency recruitment and B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, driven, and motivated by performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with engineering and infrastructure professionals across North America.
• Source, qualify, and manage a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Conduct consultative interviews to understand experience, career goals, and project fit.
• Partner with senior consultants to deliver talent solutions for leading clients.
• Develop expertise within the renewable energy and infrastructure markets.
• Build negotiation, business development, and account management skills.
• Consistently achieve performance targets in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
