Qualifications

• Outside industrial sales experience in the industrial marketplace.
• Ability to establish rapport and build solid relationships at all customer levels.
• Proven success in developing new business and managing a sales territory.
• Mechanical aptitude to understand products and applications.
• Computer skills; familiarity with business software (ERP/CRM).

Responsibilities

• Grow territory and earnings by bringing in new business and developing repeat business with existing accounts.
• Call on engineers, maintenance, and other stakeholders using a consultative approach to determine needs.
