Job summary
Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to partner with business teams, document requirements, and drive marketing technology initiatives. You will coordinate pilots, manage test cycles, and help roll out new capabilities to enhance workflows.
The ideal candidate brings consultative analytics, strong stakeholder management, and experience in Agile environments. This remote US role includes hybrid attendance in Omaha as needed and a pathway to travel up to three times
Qualifications
- Consultative Business Analyst experience gathering requirements and documenting workflows.
- Experience supporting system implementations and coordinating across teams and vendors.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience onboarding and training programs and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Act as a consultative partner to business teams, gather requirements and translate needs into solutions.
- Lead and support Marketing technology implementations with cross-functional teams.
- Enhance and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Drive training, onboarding, and change management efforts with clear plans.
- Support testing, documentation, and ongoing system performance.
