Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to ensure on-time delivery of projects, refine processes, and lead daily standups within an Agile framework.

This role supports marketing initiatives across the company, enabling reliable productivity and efficient operations. You will manage planning, execution, and delivery of small to mid-size projects, collaborating with sponsors, stakeholders, vendors, and teams to address risks and drive outcomes.

Formación

• 4+ years of project management experience in marketing.
• Experience in Adobe Workfront is required.
• Experience with Jira is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation skills.
• Customer focus with stakeholder collaboration across all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Manage planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects.
• Track status, risks, issues, and costs; develop action plans.
• Build and lead project teams and stakeholders relationships.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary projects across development, programming, implementation, and information management.
• Apply PM best practices from inception to delivery, including budgeting and scope control.
