Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in banking, financial services, or related field.
Prior experience as a Business Systems Analyst/Consultant.
Understanding of business and technical processes, including Agile/Scrum.
Exposure to business analysis and project management techniques and tools.
Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Create documentation across the project lifecycle, including meeting notes and requirements.
Understand department workflows, compliance, and business processes.
Assist with test plans, scripts, and manual/automated testing for enhancements and maintenance.
Communicate information clearly in writing and in meetings.
