Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1–2 years.
• Not Required but Highly Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealer software.
• Able to understand and communicate in English.
• Basic phone and email etiquette; warehouse ops experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains company standards in housekeeping and contamination control.
• Greets customers promptly and ensures order accuracy; captures customer signatures.
• Supports freight recovery, service charge reduction, returns and collections.
• Assist customers consultatively to provide best solution; capture urgent needs and data.
• Knowledgeable on CAT and Prime Product lines; stays current with training resources.
• Communicate processing, tracking and completion details to customers; relay information to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
