• Customer Satisfaction: manage discrepancies and disputes.
• Review ratings and coordinate improvement initiatives.
• Maintain clear communication channels with customers.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: develop shipment reports daily/weekly/monthly.
• Track key customer metrics and analyze trends with Excel.
• Provide internal reporting as requested by stakeholders.
