Precision Door Service is seeking a Garage Door Technician who will be the face of Precision Garage Door Service, blending consultative sales with skilled technical work to deliver excellent experiences for homeowners.

You will build trust, present repair and replacement options, and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and a commitment to excellence, contributing to branch success.

Formación

• Proven experience in sales or consultative selling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to educate customers on products and services and close sales.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every service appointment.
• Build rapport with customers and communicate repair needs and options.
• Present repair and replacement options and recommend best solutions.
• Generate and close sales opportunities through consultative selling techniques.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair and replacement projects.
• Educate customers on garage door systems, warranties, and maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed to customer satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Review work orders and invoices for accuracy before departure.
• Collect payment at job completion.
• Maintain product knowledge and promote company offerings.
• Keep service vehicle organized and stocked for daily operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
