Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a results-driven Sales Counselor to serve families at Cadillac Memorial Gardens West in Westland, MI. You will build relationships, guide funeral and cemetery decisions, and manage leads through HubSpot CRM.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, paid training, and a path to first-year earnings of $65,000–$85,000 depending on performance across inbound and outbound prospecting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year or more in sales, including B2C or outside sales.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to recommend funeral and cemetery products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline from leads and referrals.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with prospects.
• Use HubSpot CRM to track leads and sales activities.
