Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union in Oakridge, OR is seeking a Relationship Banker to be a frontline financial partner, handling routine transactions and consultative conversations to meet members' financial needs.

You will support a fast-paced, member-focused sales team, process deposits, loans, and referrals, and participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and services.

Qualifications

• Six months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role required; financial services experience preferred.
• Ability to listen to members’ needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication; ability to explain clearly.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions for members in-person, over the phone, and by e-mail.
• Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts.
• Provide high-quality member service and escalate concerns when needed.
• Identify and recommend products and services to meet member needs and partner with service teams.
• Meet quarterly metrics, cross-sell targets, and referral goals.
• Complete required compliance training and stay current on credit union products.
• Perform account maintenance and update member information.
• Conduct follow-up calls for new and existing members.
