Consultants are expected to deliver high-quality, data-driven analyses and materials that support enterprise decision-making. This role is ideal for an early-career strategy professional seeking exposure to a broad range of healthcare and operational challenges.Essential Functions-Perform a range of assignments, accountable for discrete project workstreams, including planning, executing, and delivering on defined analyses and deliverables with a moderate level of guidance and direction.-Conduct high-quality analysis to drive strategic decisions, including the use of both quantitative and qualitative methods.-Contribute to strategic thinking and problem-solving through understanding key business drivers to drive hypothesis generation, issue structuring, and insight synthesis.-Create compelling, executive-ready presentation materials using effective storyline development and communication design.-Collaborate with internal clients and cross-functional stakeholders to inform workstream delivery.-Participate in internal project team meetings and contribute to problem-solving and prioritization discussions.-Support stakeholder interviews, meeting preparation, and coordination as needed.-Contribute to team knowledge management, templates, and leading practices; provides informal guidance to any new team members.QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree Business, Public Health or related field of study requiredMaster's Degree Related Field of Study preferredExperience2+ years of consulting, healthcare strategy, or a related analytical role requiredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Analytical thinking, hypothesis development, high-quality analysis.Presentation, Leadership & Collaborative Behavior: Communication, team collaboration, initiative.Basic project management (individual workplan development, tracking progress).Intellectual curiosity and self-direction.Comfort with ambiguity and navigating evolving project contexts.Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau, SQL, and other analytics or visualization tools preferred.Knowledge of healthcare datasets and sources such as claims/billing data, SG2, and public health datasets is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Working Schedule:Hybrid, onsite as needed at Assembly Row in Somerville, MA and other MGB sites as needed.Monday - Friday, eastern standard business hours.
