  • 2-3 years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR operations.

  • Attention to detail and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and technologies.

Through careful review, verification, and coordination, the team helps mitigate risk while supporting a safe and positive transition into employment.The Pre-Boarding team manages the activities required before a new hire or internal employee can begin work in a new role. Responsibilities include background checks, employment and education verification, I-9 compliance, licensure review, ensuring occupational health clearances, employment authorization review, and other role-specific requirements.
