Mass General Brigham seeks an experienced HR strategy consultant to align HR initiatives with business goals, driving workforce performance, culture, and long-term success across our organization.

You will partner with leaders on talent, performance management, organizational design, change leadership, and HR analytics; this hybrid role includes on-site work at Assembly Row in Somerville, MA and remote days, with a 40-hour schedule.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR consulting/advising experience required.
  • Business acumen with ability to translate insights into action.
  • Strong conflict-resolution & problem-solving skills.
  • Consulting and advising – provide expert guidance on complex HR matters and offer tailored solutions to leadership challenges.
  • Relationship building – establish trust with business leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership – Align HR strategies with business objectives, advising on talent, workforce planning, compensation, succession, and organizational design.
  • Talent & Performance Management – Ensure the right people are in the right roles; drive performance management to boost engagement and productivity.
  • Organizational Development & Culture – Lead organizational design, cultural transformation, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Change Leadership – Design and implement change management strategies with strong stakeholder buy-in.
