We seek a collaborative thought leader who can translate business needs into clear technology requirements and work with tech teams to deliver value. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and an interest in Telematics and data-driven decision-making are essential.
As a member of the team leading business innovation, you will define product visions, discover and deliver solutions, and serve as a customer proxy within an agile team. You will prioritize product backlogs and work closely with stakeholders to meet business KPIs.
Reports to: AVP
Education: Bachelor’s in business, IT, or related; advanced degree preferred
Experience: 7+ years in product management, business analysis, or related fields; insurance or engineering background advantageous
Skills: Knowledge of insurance practices, agile methodologies, customer-centric design, data analytics, project management, negotiation, and leadership skills
Position location: Any of the lower 48 U.S. states
Salary range: $95,000 - $197,000, with starting range approximately $106,000 - $158,000
