Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for investment and data applications, ensuring high availability.
• Monitor and resolve accounting, performance, pricing, and data quality issues.
• Support portfolio accounting, performance measurement, attribution, and benchmarks processes.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis for incidents.
• Investigate and resolve issues across systems and databases; optimize cross-system workflows.
• Develop SQL queries and Python scripts to support troubleshooting and automation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Technology teams to implement solutions.
• Perform deployments, release validations, and post-deployment monitoring.

Job purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated Application Support Engineer with 3-5 years of experience supportingbusiness-critical applications within an investment management environment. The ideal candidate will bringstrong expertise in SQL, Python, production application support, incident management, and investment processunderstanding. This role requires close collaboration with business users, technology teams, and vendors toensure platform stability, data integrity, and seamless operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support investment and data applications, ensuring high availability and operational stability
• Monitor and resolve accounting, performance, pricing, and data quality exceptions.
• Support portfolio accounting, performance measurement, attribution, and benchmark processes.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis for production incidents.
