Galent is seeking an Application Support Engineer to provide production and application support for mission-critical systems in financial services, with emphasis on investment banking, capital markets, or asset management.

You will troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, develop Python automation scripts, and write SQL queries to analyze data, support deployments, and monitor post-release performance.

Formación

• 5+ years of application or production support experience.
• Strong hands-on Python scripting and SQL skills.
• Experience with relational databases, data flows, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Understanding of APIs, file-based integrations, and batch processing.
