Job summary

SERVPRO of Portland is seeking a Construction/Restoration Project Manager to oversee restoration projects and crews, coordinating with residential and commercial customers and insurance adjusters. • Valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of industry experience.

• Negotiate customer approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources, including subcontractors.
• Review job-site documentation to support services and ensure proper billing.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses for equipment, vehicles, and material assets.
• Manage the customer experience and overall satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work and prepare estimates using proprietary software

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
• Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
