Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce coordination or similar, preferably in construction.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Excel for staffing, attendance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage manpower schedules, forecasts, and workforce assignments across job sites.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents to align staffing needs with project demands.
• Track employee availability, locations, skills, and certifications; maintain accurate workforce records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing requests and communicate job site details to field personnel.
• Maintain clear, timely communication between field teams and project leadership.
• Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements for field staff as needed.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance; prepare reports on workforce utilization and projections.
• Support field employees and handle day-to-day communications, scheduling, and time-off tracking.
• Assist with administrative tasks and HR staffing matters.
