Qualifications

• 12+ years in product marketing, product strategy, or GTM leadership.
• Direct experience building product or GTM for Construction software.
• Deep understanding of translating customer insight into product and packaging decisions.
• Track record of driving multi-vertical GTM initiatives that deliver growth.
• Exceptional storytelling and executive communication across all levels.
• Analytical rigor with ability to model market opportunities, pricing, and financial impact.
• Experience leading without authority—influencing roadmaps and cross-functional outcomes.
• 3+ years managing a small team (3–5).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product marketing strategy for construction vertical expansion (market sizing, segmentation, positioning, pricing, launches).
• Define vertical editions, feature tiering, and pricing aligned with customer value.
• Shape GTM strategy and materials (naming, messaging, content, enablement, demand activation).
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement for vertical playbooks and competitive positioning.
• Lead pitches with firms, partners, and analysts; ensure cross-functional readiness for launches.
