Job summary

IS International Services is seeking a Manager of Construction Training to lead, develop, and execute training and certification programs for Technical Field Advisors involved in the installation, erection, and commissioning of gas and steam turbines and related equipment.

The role partners with Construction Leadership, Engineering, EHS, and Commissioning to align training with project execution needs, maintains competency assessments, and drives continuous improvement across construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical diploma; 10+ years in construction/engineering; international experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Construction Training and Certification Program for Technical Field Advisors.
• Develop and maintain construction curricula covering mechanical and electrical installation, instrumentation, and commissioning.
