Job summary

Capital Waste Services is seeking a driven Construction Territory Sales Manager (CTSM) to grow construction-related business within an assigned territory. You will prospect, manage accounts, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue for temporary and permanent waste services.

The role emphasizes field visits to job sites, relationship building with contractors, and delivering tailored waste solutions that optimize cost and efficiency. Travel across the territory is required for ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years outside/territory sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new construction-related accounts within an assigned territory.
• Present service offerings, pricing proposals, and contract solutions to prospective customers.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships to promote retention and repeat business.
• Monitor market activity and attend industry events to drive territory growth.
• Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, and Credit to support customer satisfaction.
