Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Entry level to 2 years of sales experience with knowledge of retail merchandising, product promotions, and demos.
• Understanding of the commercial construction industry is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; reliable transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet regional targets.
• Build long-term relationships with sales managers, manufacturers, and stakeholders.
• Plan and conduct daily routes visiting clients and delivering product solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
• Present to sales teams, end users, and key decision makers.
