Job summary

Exscape Group is seeking a Construction Technician to join our team and contribute to landscape, maintenance, and construction projects outdoors. You will work with experienced crew members on patios, walkways, and retaining walls, and receive hands-on training in construction techniques.

This entry-level role welcomes motivated individuals and offers training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment as you develop practical, hands-on skills.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding construction tasks.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one before starting.
• Construction, landscaping, or equipment operation experience is a plus, but not required; training is provided.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape, maintenance, and construction projects to create high-quality outdoor spaces for clients.
• Help build patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features.
• Prepare job sites, dig trenches, and move materials using hand and power tools.
• Safely operate landscape equipment and machinery to complete project tasks.
• Keep job sites clean and safe, and secure tools and materials at the end of each day.
• Collaborate with experienced team members while learning construction techniques and new skills.
• Participate in winter snow operations to help keep properties safe and accessible.

Compensation
