Exscape Designs LLC. in Novelty, OH is seeking a Construction Technician to help build and maintain patios, walkways, and retaining walls with hands-on training from experienced team members.

This entry-level role involves outdoor work in all weather conditions and winter snow operations. No prior construction or landscaping experience is required as training is provided; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one before starting.
• Construction, landscaping, or equipment operation experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building and maintaining landscape projects, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Use hand and power tools to prepare job sites, dig trenches, and move materials.
• Operate landscape equipment and machinery safely under supervision.
• Keep job sites clean and organized, and secure tools and materials daily.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to learn construction techniques and follow safe work practices.
• Participate in winter snow operations to help keep properties safe and accessible.

This physically active role involves outdoor work in all weather conditions and participation in winter snow operations. No previous construction or landscaping experience is required - training is provided for motivated individuals.

Compensation

$19-$23 per hour, based on experience.
