Job description

Build high-end outdoor spaces with Exscape Designs, a landscape construction company known for quality craftsmanship and a supportive team environment. As a Construction Technician, you will help build and maintain patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape projects. Work alongside experienced team members, learn hands-on skills, and contribute to lasting results. This physically active role involves outdoor work in all weather conditions and participation in winter snow operations. No previous construction or landscaping experience is required - training is provided for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building and maintaining landscape projects, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Use hand and power tools to prepare job sites, dig trenches, and move materials.
• Operate landscape equipment and machinery safely under supervision.
• Keep job sites clean and organized, and secure tools and materials daily.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to learn construction techniques and follow safe work practices.
• Participate in winter snow operations to help keep properties safe and accessible.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one before starting.
• Construction, landscaping, or equipment operation experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

Compensation

$19-$23 per hour, based on experience.
