Worley is seeking a Senior Manager, Construction Technical Services to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for construction support across Worley’s global projects. The role links project delivery teams, engineering, and procurement to ensure alignment with business objectives and project needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field.
- Typically 15+ years of leadership, PM, construction, engineering, or technical services experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead construction technical services teams and align with goals and customer requirements.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance execution and delivery.
- Establish tactical plans and programs to support business objectives.
- Provide leadership for planning, field engineering, and workface planning.
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to optimize execution.
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, tools, and work practices.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate efficiency and performance.
- Manage budgets, resources, and workloads across multiple projects.
