Job summary

The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a Construction Technology Specialist to support Preconstruction, VDC, and field teams from our Des Moines, IA office. You will manage technology assets, enable field teams on iPad-based tools, and coordinate project setups across Autodesk Forma, STRATUS, and Field Orderz.

You will onboard new users, document procedures, and drive continual improvement in construction technology adoption to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification or equivalent experience in construction technology/VDC.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting construction technology platforms and field operations.
• Experience supporting end users in fast-paced construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for Preconstruction, VDC, and field teams.
• Manage construction technology assets including Trimble hardware and iPads.
• Coordinate project setups in Autodesk Forma, STRATUS, Field Orderz, and dashboards.
• Onboard new users and enable field teams on iPad-based tools and apps.
• Document procedures and maintain standardized workflows across platforms.
• Identify improvements to workflows and tool adoption.
