Job summary

IMAGINiT Technologies, a division of Rand Worldwide, seeks a Senior Applications Expert (Construction) to deliver construction technology consulting, implementation, training, and advisory services focused on preconstruction, project delivery, and operational processes.

You will lead workshops, document client goals, and provide guidance on the use of Autodesk Forma and related tools, while promoting best practices in construction technology.

Qualifications

• 5 years of industry-related experience in a preconstruction or project delivery environment.
• Experience with Autodesk Forma industry cloud or equivalent platforms.
• Experience developing analytics, dashboards, and reporting with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to evaluate business processes, identify challenges, define objectives, and recommend technology solutions.
• Lead discovery workshops and assessments for preconstruction, project delivery, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Document goals, workflows, requirements, and outcomes with customers and sales staff.
• Provide implementation, configuration, training, mentoring, coaching, and advisory services for construction technology solutions.
• Create templates, best-practice guides, and implementation methodologies.
