Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial construction in project engineering, PM, operations, or construction technology support.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or similar.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify technology improvement opportunities with project teams andOperations leadership.
• Translate business challenges into system improvements as a trusted technology advisor.
• Collaborate with project teams, operations, learning & development, IT, and vendors to deliver measurable value.
• Serve as SME for Procore and other construction technology solutions.
• Provide advanced business process and application support for project teams.
• Assist with configuration, optimization, and standardization of construction tech platforms.
• Analyze processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience.
• Help define requirements for integrations involving Procore, Workday, and other systems.
• Document current/future state processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Support training and adoption, creating/updating materials and delivering sessions.
• Promote consistent, effective use of construction technology across the org.
• Develop understanding of Weitz project delivery processes and workflows.
