Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Construction Technology Specialist Level 2 to help customers adopt and optimize construction technology solutions. You will provide technical support, training, troubleshooting, and onsite service to maximize customer productivity and uptime.

The role emphasizes GPS, machine control, and laser technologies with travel 35–50% as needed. A 3–5 year background in construction or related tech is preferred, along with strong communication and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in construction, technology, equipment, or related industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and support customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting, technical support, demonstrations, and training on GPS, machine control, laser, and other construction technology solutions.
• Install, diagnose, repair, and support construction technology products in the field.
• Build strong customer partnerships through proactive follow-up and timely issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to grow construction technology, service, repair, and aftermarket business.
• Partner with sales and service teams to support customer success and provide technical coaching.
