Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company is seeking a sales-support professional to demonstrate Komatsu technology and coordinate grade control demonstrations with the sales team. You will engage with customers, communicate with GPS manufacturers, and provide product support during the sales process and after the sale.

Strong communication, GPS knowledge, and surveying experience are essential as you manage inventory and assist with training.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and commitment to customer service.
• Ability to learn heavy equipment operation.
• Knowledge of precision GPS products and basic networks.
• General land/construction surveying knowledge.
• Ability to utilize land/construction surveying equipment.
• Strong construction knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grade control demonstrations with the sales force and customers.
• Demonstrate the value of Komatsu technology to customers.
• Communicate with GPS manufacturers and Topcon dealer partners.
• Provide product support and training during the sales process and after sale.
• Assist in managing machine control product inventory and sales/rental activities.
• Provide basic troubleshooting procedures to field technicians.
