Sitting at the intersection of client discovery, workflow design, and product strategy, you will translate real-world jobsite and office pain points into intuitive, high-impact workflows through prototyping, deep customer engagement, and high-level product strategy—while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate build efficiency.

Qualifications

• US-based and eligible to work in the United States.
• 100% remote work.
• Willingness to travel up to 1–2 weeks per month.
• Experience with construction technology or related industries preferred.
• Strong client-facing and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured client discovery interviews, on-site visits, and feedback sessions to uncover operational challenges.
• Design and iterate visual mockups and functional prototypes for new features.
• Apply AI capabilities to streamline discovery, prototyping, and specification processes.
• Collaborate with Director of Product & Engineering to translate field needs into actionable features.
• Balance high-level product strategy with detailed user insights to define feature scope.
• Advocate for end users to ensure platform changes improve day-to-day operations for construction teams.
• Stay informed on Contech trends and industry solutions.
