The Weitz Company is seeking a Construction Technology Solutions Specialist to join our IT team and bridge the gap between operations and technology to support project execution and field operations.

You will collaborate with project managers, operations leadership, IT, and vendors to implement Procore and other construction tech solutions, driving adoption and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial construction project engineering/management or construction tech support.
• Experience improving business processes through technology solutions.
• Degree in CM, Engineering, Business or IS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify technology improvement opportunities with project teams and operations.
• Translate business challenges into system improvements and document requirements.
• Support adoption and training for construction technology platforms.
• Assist with system configuration and process optimization.
• Analyze data to improve reporting quality and decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and vendors to deliver measurable value.
