Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a Technology Solutions Engineer to join a dynamic team. You will collaborate with project managers and superintendents on overall project oversight, potentially working across multiple scopes and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes hands-on construction-site activity, coordination of bids, submittals, and change orders, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or similar technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar field.
• Ability to develop relationships with owners, design team, and subcontractors.
• Self-motivated, problem-solver with strong work ethic.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for technology systems, construction management, and the industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor subcontractors' performance with emphasis on quality and safety.
• Read and interpret bid documents and information; solicit subcontractor bids.
• Review shop drawings and product submittals for conformance and coordination.
• Administer subcontracts; track change orders and proposals.
• Maintain documents and project correspondence; assist in close-out.
