Job summary

Built is seeking an Implementation Consultant II to manage a strategic portfolio of complex client implementations, owning end-to-end delivery for enterprise-scale lending clients. This role requires experience in go-lives, strong client relationships, and the ability to learn and deliver software with construction context.

You will support owners, developers, and general contractors, leveraging AI tools to accelerate planning, communication, and risk identification.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of SaaS implementation or enterprise project delivery.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver concurrent implementations on time.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations for owner, developer, and general contractor clients with autonomy and accountability.
• Conduct discovery and planning sessions translating goals into implementation roadmaps.
• Manage escalations and drive timely resolution of high-impact issues.
• Identify process improvements and share them with the team.
