Job summary
Barry-Wehmiller Design Group seeks a Senior Construction Technology Specialist to support Procore and related platforms across US projects. You will partner with operations, project management, accounting, and field leadership to optimize configuration and drive adoption.
You will develop training programs, create documentation, and help standardize construction technology practices that improve efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- 3-7+ years of experience supporting construction technology platforms.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Procore administration, configuration, user management, and permissions.
- Experience within commercial construction, general contracting, construction management, or design-build environments.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced user support for Procore and related platforms, acting as a primary troubleshooting resource.
- Manage project setup activities, user access requests, permissions, templates, and system configuration.
- Support system maintenance, audits, data consistency, and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor project utilization, identify gaps, and recommend opportunities for optimization.
- Coordinate support requests and collaborate with vendors and project teams for timely resolution.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver training and documentation for Procore workflows and best practices.
