Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction operations, project coordination, or operational systems support.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, lifecycle, and field operations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across field and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, optimization, and standardization of enterprise construction operations systems (e.g., Procore).
• Administer and support day-to-day construction technology platforms, templates, permissions, and workflows.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and playbooks; drive user adoption and process improvements.
