Job summary

The Weitz Company is seeking a Construction Technology Solutions Specialist to bridge Operations and IT, improving construction technology adoption and business processes across projects and field operations. You will translate challenges into system improvements, support training, and help standardize tech platforms for better data and efficiency.

You will work with PMs, supers, and Operations leaders to identify opportunities, while serving as a SME for Procore and related platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry in project engineering, project management, operations, or construction technology support
• Experience supporting/improving business processes through technology solutions
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or similar field preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify technology improvement opportunities with project teams
• Serve as SME for Procore and construction technology solutions
• Partner with project teams and stakeholders to ensure measurable value
• Provide advanced business process and application support
• Assist with system configuration and process optimization
• Analyze business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience
• Assist with defining requirements for integrations involving Procore, Workday, and other systems
• Document current-state and future-state processes and opportunities for automation
• Support training and user-adoption efforts and gather feedback to improve solutions
• Promote consistent use of construction technology across the organization
• Develop understanding of Weitz project delivery processes and workflows
