Job summary

Topcon Solutions is seeking a technically experienced Construction Software Technical Integration Specialist to join our Software Services team. This role sits at the intersection of construction technology, software integrations, technical consulting, and sales.

You will serve as a technical SME for ProjectReady WorkBridge and guide customers through implementation, configuration and adoption, while evaluating workflows for integration opportunities and data management improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction technology and software integration.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with APIs, data exchange and workflow automation.
• Experience with technical demonstrations and customer engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical SME for ProjectReady WorkBridge and integration capabilities.
• Partner with sales to conduct technical discovery and scoping.
• Deliver technical demos of WorkBridge, Autodesk Forma, and related tools.
• Guide customers through implementation, configuration and adoption.
• Identify opportunities for system integration and workflow automation.
• Advise on integrations with Autodesk Forma, Procore, SharePoint, Egnyte, Box, etc.
• Translate customer requirements into integration concepts and data flows.
• Provide technical support and escalation for WorkBridge customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to validate solutions.
• Capture feedback and communicate product gaps to development.
• Participate in development discussions on customer needs and releases.
• Create training and best practices for teams.
• Identify repeatable integration solutions and packaged services.
• Stay current on Autodesk APIs and industry trends.
