Job summary

Topcon Positioning Systems seeks a Construction Software Technical Integration Specialist to join our Software Services team. This role sits at the intersection of construction technology, software integrations, technical consulting, and sales, serving as a technical SME for ProjectReady WorkBridge, Autodesk Forma, and related construction technology integrations.

You’ll help customers connect systems, improve data workflows, and derive more value from their technology investments.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction technology, software integration, solution engineering or related fields.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows and tech ecosystem.
• Experience with Autodesk Forma, Procore, HCSS, SharePoint, Egnyte, Box, or similar apps.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, data exchange, and workflow automation.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical SME for ProjectReady WorkBridge and related integrations.
• Partner with sales to conduct technical discovery and scope.
• Deliver technical demonstrations of WorkBridge and Autodesk Forma.
• Guide customers through implementation, onboarding and adoption.
• Translate business requirements into integration concepts and data workflows.
• Provide technical support and escalation assistance for WorkBridge customers.
• Develop training, technical documentation, and best practices for teams.
