Job summary

CDP Remodeling Solutions is seeking a dependable, hands-on Construction Team Leader to coordinate and support crews across multiple commercial and residential remodeling projects.

This role balances leadership with hands-on field work, traveling between job sites and collaborating with team members to complete tasks. Strong construction foundation, reliability, and teamwork are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred or translation tech will be used.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings.
• Hands-on construction/remodeling experience.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute between job sites.
• Professional communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and project specifications
• Help coordinate daily activities and assignments for field crews
• Work alongside crew members to complete construction and remodeling tasks as needed
• Monitor job progress, workmanship, materials, and project needs
• Communicate job-site updates, concerns, and material needs to company leadership
• Help maintain an organized, productive, and professional job site
• Coordinate materials, supplies, tools, and deliveries when needed
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and team members
• Travel between multiple active job sites as required
• Assist with identifying field issues and communicating them to leadership before they affect project progress or quality
