Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Inc. is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. You will manage onsite activities, supervise projects from start to finish, and deliver an exceptional client experience for each project.

The role requires onsite supervision experience, strong problem-solving, and bilingual communication in English and Spanish. Full-time schedule includes three Canton office days for team building and warehouse management, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Onsite Field Supervisor experience with residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate project details to team members and clients.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; communicate clearly and professionally in both languages.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday; three Canton office days for team building and warehouse management; occasional late/weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Operations Manager.
• Plan and supervise residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Create an exceptional client experience and earn a 5-Star Google Review — build raving fans.
• Measure at the project site to order materials and coordinate timely delivery.
• Order materials and manage warehouse logistics, including logging, labeling, and organizing all incoming shipments and ensuring materials are accounted for prior to installation.
• Coordinate and schedule installations, communicate with clients and install teams, and provide a detailed project schedule one week prior to start date.
• Manage day-to-day field work to align with Client Service Trustpoints, scope of the proposal, gross profit margin, client investment range, and safety codes and ordinances.
• Inspect project completion and provide feedback to the Project Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, or other teammates.
• Run multiple project sites effectively, efficiently, and safely.
• Recruit installer teams (1099s and W-2s).
• Participate in Operations Team meetings.
